Troubleshoot the workflow before touching your secrets.
Most wallet problems are caused by node access, sync state, restore height or lost browser data. Follow the safe checks before reinstalling or restoring.
The wallet is not syncing+
Check the selected node, network, browser permissions and whether the node is reachable. Do not assume a slow sync means funds are lost.
The balance is missing after restore+
Check the network, restore height or restore date. A restore height set after the first incoming transaction can omit earlier activity.
A transaction is uncertain+
Do not retry automatically. Confirm the transaction status through a trusted workflow and keep the original destination and amount details.
The extension was removed or browser data was cleared+
Do not reinstall blindly. First locate your offline 25-word recovery phrase or an appropriate encrypted backup.
The node sees my IP address+
That is part of the node connection model. Use your own node or an appropriate network privacy layer if that trade-off matters to you.
I need hardware wallets or multisig+
This product does not document those capabilities. Use a verified wallet that explicitly supports the requirement.
Diagnose first. Restore second. Reinstall last.
Keep your recovery phrase offline, record the current symptom and avoid deleting browser data until you know how the wallet can be recovered.
